Brock Lesnar Louco ?

Brock Lesnar estrelou o programa ESPN:60 na terça a noite. Ele revelou que nunca tinha assistido Pro Wrestling e que não se lembra da WWE fazer uma oferta de contrato para ele de 250 mil dólares. Ficou famoso por ter sofrido dores nas costas e pescoço. "É como se há dois anosinha vida" disse Lesnar. Ele explicou que bebia vodka e tomava pílulas contra dor para manter sua programação. Lesnar abandonou a entrevista após ser perguntado sobre esteróides. Ele riu e saiu do set, e disse ao entrevistador que nunca foi pego, ou falhou nesse exame.

Jeff Jarrett comenta promo polemica de Angle

Jeff Jarrett deu uma entrevista ao jornal britânico The Sun, na qual falou sobre a recente promo de Kurt Angle, na qual este mencionou a falecida esposa de Jarrett.

Jeff começa por afirmar que o Kurt Angle que ele contratou há dois anos atrás e o que existe hoje são duas pessoas diferentes, sendo que mudou bastante não só dentro do ringue, mas também fora dele.

Quanto à promo na qual Angle falou do seu divórcio, e disse em tom de gozo "não fui só eu que perdi a mulher", Jarrett garante que essa afirmação não estava prevista e foi improvisada pelo medalhista olímpico. Jarrett diz ter ficado desapontado e chocado, mas não magoado. Segundo ele, abordou Angle nos bastidores, e disse-lhe que com essas palavras não o estava a magoar a ele próprio (ao Jeff) nem às suas filhas, mas o mal era feito apenas a si próprio (a Angle).

Jarrett avança também que as suas filhas não viram o programa.

Rating da Hogan's Celebrity Wrestling

O novo programa de Hulk Hogan, que conta também com a participação de Eric Bishoff e Jimmy Hart, desiludiu nas audiências, registando apenas 0,4.

É certo que é preciso levar em conta a estação que é, e estes valores não podem ser comparados com os que qualquer um dos outros programas habitualmente regista, mas ainda assim é um número bastante baixo.

Entretanto, a estação transmissora do referido show, a CMT, emitiu um comunicado de imprensa, mostrando-se bastante agradada com os números alcançados, afirmando que o show fez aumentar em cerca de 50% a sua audiência em prime time, e em mais de 106% em termos de assistência masculina.

Obviamente, os responsáveis mostram-se o seu agrado com o aumento das audiências, mas no entanto, não se sabe ao certo quais são (eram) os seus objetivos.

Rating da Raw

Na segunda-feira passada, a Raw registou 2,9 nas audiências, uma ligeira queda em relação ao resultado anterior.
